This is a great product. I usually only buy products with many reviews, but I took a chance on this one. I am very glad. First, the shipping only takes 10 days. Amazon quoted a big range for shipping dates so I e-mailed the customer service for Snugbags, and she assured me that it takes around 10 days. She also offered to ship it faster for additional fee. I did a lot of research on which sack to buy for my daughter. I looked that the other popular wool sleep sack company, but their bags were considerably more expensive and some reviews said that they were not that warm. Snugbags are beautiful and warm. Their customer service is excellent. The larger bag (for 2-4 yrs olds) is pretty long, so we will use it for a while. I have machined washed it and have put it in the dryer (on low heat) before.
