Buyer Beware: Not Soft & Bad Return Policy!
I rarely write reviews (yet always find them helpful when making purchases), so I feel the need to describe the product I received:
Pros:
- Sheets were the correct color.
- Sheets were large enough to cover a deep queen mattress.
Cons:
- Sheets were very thin (easily see through), and not soft or smooth (rough texture that I doubt would get much softer over time). The packaging is generic and makes me wonder if the product I ordered is the product I received (1200 thread count versus what feels like much less). The sheets themselves do not label the thread count so I have no idea. I've had several 1000 thread count sheet sets in the past which all felt much softer and thicker than these (even when first purchased). Overall, I am very disappointed in this purchase.
- Return Policy - read it! They will refund you LESS THAN HALF of the product cost for if you want to return it once you've opened the product, so think twice before purchasing...
