Nice, heavy bookends priced well!

These bookends were nice and heavy, real cute, and made a great gift for my bookworm friend wh has a boy and a girl. there was a slight imperfection of the paint on one of them, but not prominent enough to bother returning. I would have paid more for them to be made in the US, though, and was not thrilled to see they were made in China (I didn't ntice this until they arrived) because I try to always buy gift and as many items as possible that are made in the US. The way they are 'carved' and painted is kind of rough and impressionist, which looks cool.
