A cut above

This is overall a great upscale looking stool, for a great value. I purchased 2 then a third. The stool does not have good dimensions (seat height) when bought, and I ended up cutting the legs shorter by 5.5" and re-inserting the bottom glides. This was actually pretty easy with a reciprocating saw (Bosch) and a metal blade. The base is very sturdy and curved plywood base is great too. The seat backs are a very expressive shape but tie in well with some leather sling chairs I purchased from dwr.com. These stools look great in front of the island
