I Do like the LOOK but quality is questionable

We kept our 2 Lexmod chairs because they are the perfect, lighter shade of metal to match our industrial looking kitchen table and they are fine to have in a house with kids. That being said, here are the problems:
1. One of the first chairs we received had a broken leg, the metal had bent during shipment (we got a replacement)
2. There are noticeable tiny scratches and small nicks throughout the metal surface. (maybe this is a part of the brushed metal look...I don't know!)
3. They are SOOOO light that they really feel cheap.

Sorry, I wish I could say ALL nice things because they look very cool, but there are some strange features.
