GREAT COMPANY - EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I PURCHASED THIS CRIB FOR A SECOND HOME. IT IS QUITE NICE, HOWEVER IT ARRIVED WITH INCOMPLETE SCREW HOLES ON ONE END PANEL SO I CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY, AS INSTRUCTED IN THE INSTALLATION BOOKLET, AND THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT OUT A WHOLE NEW PANEL. I SUGGESTED THEY JUST SEND THE METAL INSERTS FOR THE SCREW HOLES AND I WOULD TAP THEM IN PLACE, BUT THEY INSISTED ON REPLACING THE WHOLE PANEL FOR LIABILITY REASONS. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND I HAD THE NEW PANEL IN A FEW DAYS. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
