When these packages arrived one had a broken piece. This was obviously from the shipping company mishandling the package, and might be specific to my area because many of the heavier packages I get have broken pieces or highly damaged boxes, and this didn't happen at my previous addresses.
Upon inspection we noticed the broken piece on the dresser. It was past customer service hours as they are on Eastern Time and we are in Pacific Time and our packages always show up in the evening. Since the customer service could not be reached by phone at that time I sent an email with our problem. First thing the next morning I was contacted and asked for a few pieces of additional information. They then sent me, free of charge including shipping, a replacement piece.
